Política de Reembolsos

Principio general: Tu tranquilidad es nuestra prioridad. Si en algún brief te proporcionamos información factual incorrecta que resultó en una acción concreta (por ejemplo, reservaste un vuelo o hotel basándote en una fecha o ciudad equivocada que te dimos), te reembolsamos el importe íntegro del Knockout Pack.

Cómo solicitarlo: Escríbenos a hola@laruta26.com con el asunto "Reembolso" antes del 20 de julio de 2026. Incluye el email de tu suscripción, la fecha del brief y una descripción de la información incorrecta. Respondemos en un plazo de 5 días hábiles.

Exclusiones: No cubrimos cambios de programa oficiales posteriores a la publicación del brief (cancelaciones por clima, cambios de sede de último momento por el organizador, etc.) ni decisiones basadas en proyecciones ("si tu equipo gana…") que no se materializaron.

Suscripción gratuita: El tier gratuito no tiene coste y no genera reembolsos.

Refund Policy

Core principle: Your peace of mind is our priority. If any brief we send contains factually incorrect actionable information that led to a concrete action on your part (for example, you booked a flight or hotel based on a wrong date or city we provided), we will refund the full amount of the Knockout Pack.

How to request: Email hola@laruta26.com with subject "Refund" before July 20, 2026. Include your subscription email, the brief date, and a description of the incorrect information. We will respond within 5 business days.

Exclusions: We do not cover official schedule changes after brief publication (weather cancellations, last-minute venue changes by the organizer, etc.) or decisions based on projections ("if your team wins…") that did not materialize.

Free tier: The free tier has no cost and does not generate refunds.
